About the Heart Rhythm Advocates Foundation
The Heart Rhythm Advocates Foundation (HRAF) is the charitable and educational arm of Heart Rhythm Advocates (HRA). As a 501(c)(3) organization, we equip the electrophysiology (EP) community with clear, practical education that improves access to timely, evidence‑based rhythm care. We translate complex topics in third party coverage, procedural coding, care management documentation, and payor reimbursement into skills EP professionals can use every day, while also funding public education, safety initiatives, community outreach, and leadership opportunities. The Foundation’s focus is on supporting the business of EP, with an emphasis on health policy, health economics, reimbursement, and coding. Educational opportunities, hosted in conjunction with the Heart Rhythm Society, are designed for all EP professionals (physicians, APPs, administrators, coding/billing teams, fellows and industry members).
Our belief: When EP professionals are empowered with information and participate in advocacy - more patients receive the right care at the right time.

Vision
To end death and suffering due to heart rhythm disorders.

Industry Advocacy Council
The Heart Rhythm Advocates Foundation organizes the Industry Advocacy Council, a collaborative forum of industry stakeholders committed to leveraging their infrastructure and resources to advance education on the business of EP. The Council partners with HRAF to broaden education across the EP community on critical issues in health policy, health economics, reimbursement, and coding. These factors ultimately influence how and whether patients can access the innovations and technologies that improve outcomes. The Council’s purpose is education and dialogue; it supports a balanced system that serves patients, clinicians, and sustainable practice.
